This is for the safety of all dogs that come to Pooches Playhouse. - PROOF OF CURRENT RABIES, DISTEMPER, AND BORDETELLA
To prevent any sickness or disease from passing from Pooch to Pooch. - MUST BE ON REGULAR MONTHLY FLEA AND TICK PREVENTION
To avoid any parasite infestation, or getting on your Pooch. - MUST PASS AN EVALUATION (PLEASE CALL TO SCHEDULE)
- This is to make sure that the Pooches Playhouse is a good fit for your Pooch. We do not take any aggressive dogs for the safety of all our Pooches.
- MUST HAVE APPROVED AND UP TO DATE APPLICATION ON FILE
This provides the Pooches Playhouse with information about your Pooch and many ways to contact you in case of an emergency.
